1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the j baazi platform and all related services. By accessing jbaazi.cam or starting to use the service, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

j baazi is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated specifically for users in Bangladesh. The platform offers casino games, live casino, slots, sports betting, and other entertainment services.

2 Account Registration and Verification

• Keeping the password secure is the user's own responsibility. The user is solely responsible for all activity on the account.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

j baazi reserves the right to verify a user's identity before processing withdrawals above a certain amount or granting special account privileges. This process may require a copy of a national identity card or other government-issued ID. If the required documents are not submitted, the relevant transaction or service may remain on hold.

2.3 Account Security

Users must keep their login details, password, and OTP codes completely confidential. This information should not be shared with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised use, contact the j baazi support team immediately.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

All j baazi services are open only to persons aged 21 or above. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

• Users from areas or countries where online gaming is legally prohibited are not permitted to use the service.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

j baazi currently accepts deposits via mobile banking and banking services available in Bangladesh. All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.2 Deposit Limits and Policy

5 Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer.
• Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.

• If fraud is suspected, j baazi reserves the right to suspend or cancel a withdrawal request.

5.1 Withdrawal Process

After a withdrawal request is submitted, j baazi sends the funds to the designated payment method once the security check is complete. The funds remain visible in the balance until the verification process is finished.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

j baazi provides bonuses and promotional offers to users from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, and compliance with them is mandatory.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at j baazi receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance becomes ৳2,000. To withdraw this bonus, you must meet a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount — meaning you must place ৳10,000 in bets for a ৳1,000 bonus.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is not direct cash — it cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account.
• Restrictions on certain games may apply while using a bonus.
• j baazi reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If any irregularity is found on the account, the bonus may be forfeited.

7 VIP Program and Weekly Cashback

j baazi's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier.

7.1 VIP Tiers and Cashback Rates

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback on weekly net losses
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback on weekly net losses
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback on weekly net losses
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% cashback on weekly net losses

Cashback example: a Gold tier member who has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback.

7.2 VIP Terms

• VIP tier advancement is based on active play. The specific criteria for tier changes are determined by j baazi.
• Cashback is calculated at the end of the week and is paid based on total net losses for the week (total losses minus total winnings).
• VIP benefits may be cancelled in cases of irregular or fraudulent use.

8 Gaming Rules

All games and sports betting on j baazi are operated under defined rules. Users are required to follow these rules.

8.1 Prohibited Activities

• Using any software, bot, or automated method to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Following artificial or coordinated betting patterns to take advantage of bonuses is prohibited.
• Claiming bonuses or placing bets using multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Sharing an account with other users is prohibited.
• Any attempt at fraud or deception may result in legal action.

8.2 Technical Issues

If a technical fault or system disruption results in an abnormal outcome, j baazi reserves the right to void that round or bet. In such cases, the stake amount will be refunded.

8.3 Sports Betting Rules

Specific rules apply to each sport in sports betting. In the event of a match cancellation or unforeseen circumstances, j baazi will make decisions according to its set policy. If an error is made in setting odds, j baazi reserves the right to make corrections.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Suspension and Closure

j baazi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, deception, or money laundering.
• Evidence of using multiple accounts.
• Evidence of using a false identity or false information.
• Evidence of using bots or automated software.
• Disruption to the normal operation of the platform.

10.1 Funds After Account Closure

If an account is closed without any breach of terms, any remaining legitimate funds will be returned. If closed due to a breach of terms, any winnings derived from bonuses may be forfeited.

10.2 Closure by the User

11 Privacy and Data Protection

13 Right to Modify Terms

j baazi reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. After any change, the new version will be published on the website and the previous version will no longer be in effect.
